Claudia was very professional and great to work with. We are convinced that without Claudia, we may have sold our house for less than we ultimately got. We were getting discouraged, and contemplated dropping our price, but she encouraged us to stick to our pricing; "It will sell at or near your price! Don't reduce!", she said.
