Abe Safa grew up in New York and moved to the Myrtle Beach area to attend Coastal Carolina in 1988. Since graduating in 1991, he's lived here and owned several successful retail stores. Abe actually started working at age 13, either selling or running a business for over 34 years. Having been a friend of Greg Harrelson's for many years, he has decided to take his knowledge of the area and sales talents to sell homes in the Grand Strand. His business background and experience in negotiating and marketing, combined with his unique and precise analytical skills, leaves no doubt that he can be a valuable resource for you, your friends, and family. When not working, you can usually find Abe running marathons or summiting a mountain. He enjoys tennis and has played basketball since he was old enough to bounce one. Abe and his wife love to travel or just spend time at home with their 3 cats. Abe loves to challenge himself and believes that life is all about growing and improving yourself and your community. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the area who may be considering selling their property. He is aggressive and seems to be a diligently salesman. We met him on Monday and he called us the next day with the good news that someone made an offer. His entire staff was knowledgeable and very accommodating. He extended himself to us far beyond our expectations. He's very confident about his profession!

Seller reviewAbe was respectful of the weekly renters we had in the unit. Scheduled viewings between rentals on Saturdays, did not use a lockbox. He always reached out to schedule time to speak with me. He would come prepared with a recommendation if there was something we needed to do or discuss.
