Abe Safa grew up in New York and moved to the Myrtle Beach area to attend Coastal Carolina in 1988. Since graduating in 1991, he's lived here and owned several successful retail stores. Abe actually started working at age 13, either selling or running a business for over 34 years. Having been a friend of Greg Harrelson's for many years, he has decided to take his knowledge of the area and sales talents to sell homes in the Grand Strand. His business background and experience in negotiating and marketing, combined with his unique and precise analytical skills, leaves no doubt that he can be a valuable resource for you, your friends, and family. When not working, you can usually find Abe running marathons or summiting a mountain. He enjoys tennis and has played basketball since he was old enough to bounce one. Seller reviewIn this day and age of complicated multi-party contingent real estate deals that can blow up in your face, you really need a fighter like Abe Safa in your corner! Abe Safa really went beyond the call for us when two of our closings were cancelled by the contingent buying parties along with other mismanaged transactions caused by the contingent buying parties as well. This caused us the seller a myriad of financial problems. Abe is truly an exemplary agent who came to the rescue for us. We really couldn't ask for a better realtor.
