Seller reviewI have no words to describe Cyndee Carr and I cannot recommend her enough. We have worked with her for both buying and selling and she's stuck with us for life! For buying she was very patient, approachable, understanding, prompt, she kept our wants and needs in mind but she was also honest. She's very intuitive, she seriously has a six sense and can spot red flags from miles and saved us from some nightmares. For selling she is very through! She used several resources and had a very detailed plan to get our house on the market and she followed it to the dot. We even got offers before the house was live! She was also very honest and had a lot of recommendations about things we could do to achieve the best results. Cyndee will get to know your family, and will become really close! working with her doesn't feel like a transaction, and her work doesn't stop on closing day; even afterwards, I feel I can reach out to her for any follow up question or anything else.

Buyer reviewI had a relationship with another broker however when he was out of town for a week he did not have a team member who could help me and had to "locate someone." That is not good customer service. Cyndee & Kent are responsive and worked to help me find what I wanted. With the market so hot right now I was not able to find what I wanted (1 level, backs to trees) in an active adult community in Pr Wm Co, however I did find a GREAT rambler in Lake Ridge that works as 1 level and backs to trees and the Occoquan Reservoir. It is an incredible location! When you first meet Cyndee she makes you feel comfortable and she soon feels like a genuine good friend. My son & dau-in-law used their group, and highly recommended Kent. Kent steered me to Cyndee and she made the whole process less stressful and actually enjoyable! I can easily say that Cyndee make the whole process easy and enjoyable!

She had a great plan for marketing the house -- timing, pricing, strategy and staging were all executed flawlessly and it lead to the house being sold over one weekend and at exactly the price we were hoping for (which was $30,000 above our asking price). Cyndee Carr is outstanding -- caring, knowledgeable, friendly, smart, honest... everything you want in an agent. I wholeheartedly recommend her without reservation.
