Ann Hancock listed my house for sale for $20,000 more than another realtor I contacted suggested I list it for. Not only did she get that price, but she did so in less than a month. I am so grateful for all she did for me. Twenty thousand dollars means a lot to me and my family. She is a great negotiator, I was so impressed. She is the BEST agent/broker in all of Granville County!
