Seller reviewThis is the second time we have used Ann to buy/sell a home. Ann is not only professional and knowledgeable, but she is on top of every detail. She helped up sell our home in one day and helped us with the purchase of our new home. She was texting me at 5:00 am in the morning about offers, then at my house at 9:00 pm discussing inspections.Incredible! We were very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Ann.

She listened as to what we were trying to do with the sale of our home to the buying of our new home with her. As soon as she met with us about selling our home she was prepared with details of other homes in the area that were comparable to where we could set our selling price. Ann Hancock was very knowledgeable of the area and was very open with advice on what was best for getting ready to sale.
