Because of her knowledge, experience and contacts she was able to close this purchase quicker than it appeared it was going to happen when we ran into some unexpected hurdles in dealing with the large corporation that owned (foreclosure) the property. She did an outstanding job for us and we would definitely use her again as we have on several occasions in the past.
