Upon buying our second home, Ann was out of town quickly replied to my text when we found out second home. This is above and beyond because I could have followed up once she was back in town but she did not let that stopped her. Ms. Hancock, she is a great person. We ran into a problem, we thought it was a big problem but to Ann it wasn't. She told us the truth about the process. The problem wasn't on our side, but the sellers. Ms. Ann stay on top of everything, letting us every step that was taking. She never stop looking for other homes for us, but we told her that 388 Beamon Hunt was for us, and that we are willing to wait and ride it out to the end. Ann was SO patient with us, she kept us encouraged. Ms. Ann would call to see just how we was feeling, and would let us know were things were at. She never gave up, she would tell us to hold on. She stayed on the people to make sure their were moving fast. It took longer than we thought because of the sellers, but we thank GOD for Ms. Ann Hancock, she made everything possible. We would not be enjoying our new home, if it wasn't for her fighting on our behalf. I pray that God will bless her and her staff for working as hard as they did.
