Seller reviewI found Ann Hancock by doing a simple Google search. I viewed several agents, and Ann had the highest feedback and also had several written reviews by customers that stood out. I was nervous to begin with because this was my first experience with a real estate agent and also I lived out of town and would require some hands on assistance. Ann was awesome from beginning to end. She was always reachable and provided me with step by step guidance of what was needed to sell the home. We went through the whole process without any major obstacles and I was happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Ann to anyone in the area looking to purchase or sell a home.

She LED the sales process on my house by bringing all the work of the other realtor,the closing attorney,the buyers,the seller together to "close the deal". I can't say enough about her persistence and professionalism throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a realtor.
