Seller reviewAnn is always amazing to work with. She has your back when she's on your team, and you know that she's got your best interests at heart. I couldn't believe the price we got for the sale of our home and how quickly we received an offer. Ann made negotiations quick and easy, and we were able to close on the sale within just a few weeks of listing. Wow! Seller reviewI was very impressed with Sandra Compton right from the beginning when I sort of casually mentioned that I would at some point soon want to list this property and that I'd like her to handle it. She was never pushy but did immediately have suggestions for how it could best be handled. There were issues I needed to handle before we could list the house (there was a tenant in residence). Also there was a bonus room that needed a lot of work, Ed Compton was of enormous assistance with that, doing all of the work himself personally. There were setbacks and delays along the way, with the buyers stubbornly not giving much in negotiations and then delaying the agreed upon closing date while they got things together on their end, but Sandra handled it all diplomatically and I believe with the best result that could be expected. Many thanks to Sandra Compton, Ed Compton and Ann Hancock for a great job!

Buyer reviewWe had been searching for our dream property for YEARS - a historic house on significant acreage. We contacted Ann a soon as the property hit the market and she got us out there quickly. I immediately felt comfortable with Ann and trusted that she really wanted to find the right buyer because that was important to the seller. The ability to have open communication with the seller was really important to me because its such a unique property.and the seller had put so much love and attention into it. I was really grateful that Ann was open to doing it that way. This property really is a dream and we get to raise our girls here thanks to Ann adnd her skills as a dual agent.
