Seller reviewAnn actually sold me my house over 15 years ago and when I reached out this year she was more than eager to help me sale it now. From the first consultation she explained the entire process and informed me of all the possible options as to deciding a realistic selling price. Her online advertisement of my home was totally awesome which garnered immediate interest and several offers within the first 4 days! Despite some last minute damage that occurred, Ann connected me with a handyman who provided fast service which kept our closing date on tract. And when it came to negotiations with the buyer's realtor, Ann was able to assure that our final selling price limited the amount of out-of-pocket expenses and even came in at higher than the asking price! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or to utilize her services again.
