Melix definitely went above and beyond in our experience with him. He made sure we saw all the pros and cons with any property we showed interest in and steered us in the right direction instead of just pointing out pros in any property to make a sale. He never showed frustration or irritability in the 3 months we worked with him and looked at LOTS of homes. We were the ones eager to buy something because we sold our house extremely quickly and were staying with family, but he made sure we didn't loose track of our wants and needs for our new home. He made sure we checked off as many boxes as possible and we couldn't be more grateful. Melix is a team member of an agent we had used twice before, and he was assigned our house and we could not be happier about that. Melix was great at communicating with us when something was needed from us. He was also very attentive to our needs and my requirements so our furniture would fit in our new home. I would send him MULTIPLE houses we wanted to look at each week, and he would look at all the dimensions and cross them off if our furniture did not fit and wouldn't waste our time looking at them. He definitely made us feel comfortable approaching him with any questions, and no matter how simple the question was, he never made us feel dumb for not knowing or understanding some of the procedures in selling and purchasing our next home.
