On our first meeting, Patricia and her husband Luis were very knowledgeable and asked all the right questions as to where we wanted to move to and what my little family was looking for. Patricia was very patient with us and was timely in answering any questions that came up. Being first time home-buyers, we ran into a lot of unknown questions and Patricia was there to answer them all. She helped guide us in the right direction and had very good recommendations readily available. Patricia was able to provide us with professional contacts, when we needed a real estate lawyer and a house inspector. Overall, we would highly recommend Patricia to all of our friends and family.
