Seller reviewWe called Lee Ann when we found a home and some property we liked, but it had some challenges. She was an excellent advisor throughout the process and because of her counsel, we concluded the purchase with a very good result. When it came to selling our home, Lee Ann had an excellent sales plan, which included professional consultant for staging and good advice on listing price. We had 21 showings in 12 hours and had property under contract for above list price with favorable terms 13 hours after listing. In both the buying and selling of homes, Lee Ann was patient and professional, taking the stress out of the process and providing us confidence throughout. I hope we don't ever move again, but if we do, Lee Ann Balta is who we will call. In the end, we not only have a trusted realtor, but a good friend.
