Buyer reviewLee Ann represented us in selling a house and buying a house! Smack dab in the middle of Covid! She took extra care in making sure we were safe and the customers were safe! We had never meant before and in a short period of time, I knew she was the person that could get the job done! I so appreciate her willingness to listen and make adjustments when needed. She is eager to learn new ideas and strategize new methods to reach our intended outcome! She makes you feel you are Her only customer! I know we were impatient and concerned whether our house would sell and we would be able to have a brand new house. But when we would call she always eased my mind! We consider Lee Ann a subject matter expert and if she does not know the answer she will get it! She has become a Friend and would recommend Her and do recommend Her to individuals putting their in toe in the water to see if they are ready to buy or sell! We express the trust we have in Her as a professional!

Buyer reviewLee Ann was the best during all this. She was amazing and wonderful and so very patient with all of my questions and nervousness as a first time home buyer. She made the process very easy and I will recommend her to everyone. If (in a very distant future) I ever need to sell this house and move again I would go straight to her. She was wonderful and I am so happy with the experience.

She worked with my wife and I to find a home that fit our needs and didn't waste any time coordinating everything that had to be done to sell our home. All of her recommendations turned to gold. We received multiple offers on our house the first day we listed it. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

She is well-connected and uses very effective tools like home searches and Zoom meetings to educate the seller and generate useful data for their specific situation. She always includes the seller in every step of the process of selling a home, plus she gives great advice and then steps back to let her clients think it over and decide. She is accessible and always answers questions immediately. We have never had to chase her down or wait more than a few hours for a response. We had the challenge of a home to sell and a home to buy, and LeeAnn was very professional, prompt, courteous, very coordinated, very knowledgeable, and therefore she comes highly recommended. Thank you so much! We love our new home, thanks again LeeAnn. I hope we never move again, but if we do, or anyone we know wants a great buying experience, we are calling on you.
