Seller reviewJulie Bencosme is an amazing person to work with. She is very professional but also very personable. She was great at explaining the selling process as we never sold a home before. She listened to what we wanted and was excellent at negotiating with the other party. I would highly recommend Julie to others. Julie helped me through each step so that I understood and was comfortable with the process from the initial meeting through closing on my sale and purchase property Julie and the team at Century 21 Sierra Madre were fantastic, all showed the highest level of professionalism and exuded the vibe of working with friends throughout the process. There were lots of areas for mis-step with buying and selling simultaneously, but I am glad to say Julie and the team made it seem effortless as they juggled communications with multiple realtors, mortgage brokers, and escrow companies.
