He is extremely knowledgeable, kept us informed, was easy to get a hold of and always gave us valuable advice throughout the selling process. Since our house was not easy to sell, I am extremely grateful to Andy. He helped us make the right decisions to insure we received the price that was necessary to provide our mother with the funding for her long term care. Not only is Andy an outstanding agent, but he is an outstanding human being. Emily Duggan was our initial agent until she became ill. He was by her side through it all. He is all heart. I appreciate Julie's honesty and candidness throughout the entire process. She never let us feel overweight or too stressed out. She was always available whenever we needed her. Julie personalizes her service. She obviously works extremely hard to make her clients feel like they're her priority. We have already referred other friends to her, and will continue to do so because she is an OUTSTANDING realtor. I know that our process would have been very different had we chosen any one else.

She really had our backs and made sure we were getting a good deal and that we felt comfortable with every step along the way. We went to two open houses in the same complex, one of them being Julie's. The welcoming, fun, friendly vibe that Julie has made her open house a much bigger success. In fact, it made us like her condo more just because of the great vibe when we walked in. She's great!
