Buyer reviewI listed property with John Toothman in Westerville, OH, he ask if I had plans to purchase other real estate and I told him I would like to buy a house in Florida. He asked if I was working with a broker in Florida and I told him I was going to work with the listing agent because they would have the most motivation for making the sale. He disagreed and said their loyalty would be to the seller and I needed an agent to represent me. He also said that his office, ERA had a referral system and he would get me the best agent in that area--Jayson Burtch Century 21. I liked Jayson because he answered all of our questions and didn't try to sell us anything but let us buy a house. He gained our confidence in a matter of minutes and we felt comfortable asking for and taking his advice. I would use Jayson again for buying or selling any real estate, and would recommend him to anyone else in the market for real estate.

Seller reviewAlways available and understood what we wanted. Jessica, Jayson's wife is who we primarily dealt with for our sale. She was very responsive,provided an excellent market analysis, and understood our bottom line.

She went out of her normal geographic zone to find a home that met our needs and expectations, despite the fact that we wanted to stay in the Bradenton area, rather than further south (Port Charlotte) where we first met Jessica.
