Jeffrey Eddowes went above and beyond his "tour of duty" to accommodate our needs during our hunt for a property for a long period of time. We always felt at ease with no need to rush and no pressure whatsoever to purchase a house. Other then playing around with that first House, the manager just waste my time. Time is money, came back to me I drop my offer by $2000.00usd, because of the two week I waited around, he/her didn't like that and gave that house to someone else for the same price I was going to paid. More time waste for me... Gurgita really when to bat for me, the manger played around... I put a offer in on another house cash, but the manager when for another buyer for the loan, it didn't happen, then came back to me... jurgita was very friendly, and easy to talk with, a pleasure...

Janice White's knowledge of Celebration and of also being a transplant to the state (albeit many years ago) were both critical factors in her ability to find the right home. I already knew of her integrity, honesty, and her follow-through from a friend who had also worked with Janice to successfully purchase a unit. Janice explained offer strategies such as seller contributed closing costs that I was not well versed in, and walked me through the offer, purchase, and mortgage process. Most importantly Janice followed up right through to the closing, even when she was on vacation.
