With all the details associated with selling a property it truly has been a pleasure having Anuzia as the Captain running the Ship. The reason I use the Captain and Ship analogy is due to the fact that there are several areas, departments, people, organizations, etc... that move simultaneously and the person at the helm needs to be a seasoned veteran who does not get rattled with normal or unusual ups and downs associated with the complex process of selling a home. Anuzia truly was a professional from the beginning. She seamlessly arranged all the necessary parts of the process from establishing a price point, staging, overseeing the cleaning crew, professional photography, preparing the listing, etc... Anuzia demonstrated significant wisdom in relaying the collaborations on the contracts, potential buyers, vetting the process by communicating with the lenders to get more clarity and presenting them to us as the sellers was very valuable. It allowed us to clearly review our options and move forward accordingly. The process moved forward as expected, Anuzia kept us completely in the loop by informing us the date the buyers were planning on performing the inspection, appraisal, etc... and was the nexus between us and the settlement company to schedule the settlement convenient to our availability. Making it "pithy", if you are looking for a pro who can deliver Anuzia is the person you need to have on your team.

AnaMaria always had an impeccable schedule and could pivot on a dimes notice if a place sold/no longer on the market to ensure no time was waisted looking at places. She always had great attention to detail and her vast knowledge for what VA home loans would be looking for was super helpful. Super smooth and easy. First time home-buyer...so obviously I'm clueless. AnaMaria made it all feel so seemlees, however I can appreciate that the other side of this is a lot of work and coordination. So a huge THANK YOU for the countless hours and work put in to make my home-buying experience positive and successful!

Real Estate transaction at best is a very involved and detailed process with several moving parts at the same time. It truly was an honor to have Bo and his team run the show seamlessly and present us with a very well organized information to allow us make the right decisions. Anuzia was absolutely amazing and had my best interest and back the entirety of the sale. She made it less stressful with constant communication answering any questions I had. She was on top of her game making sure to keep me in line and on top of the things I needed to take care of. Anuzia came with the facts and hard truths, not sugar coating anything which made everything cut and dry. I really appreciate everything her and the team did for me while selling my house.

Bo and I served together in the military where I trusted him with my life and knew I could trust him to help us find a great house at a great price in a very competitive market. We only had a few days to get to know the area and weren't sure if we would be able to find what we were looking for, but Bo made it easy and took the time we needed to cover a lot of miles and multiple communities.
