Everything went smoothly, Bo did great job getting the home sold at our desired price, while delivering excellent customer service! Bo is diligent and quick with follow-up. We're totally delighted with his assist in selling our home. He's the best!

Buyer reviewOur experience with Bo Bloomer was quite unique in that we really put Bo to the test with all the problems we had finding a home. It took 3 times to finally hit a home run in finding our new house because of difficult sellers and uncooperative appraisers. Luckily, Bo made it easy for us despite our moodiness and anger when things did not go so well. We felt immediately comfortable expressing our feelings and opinions. Bo was patient and positive throughout the entire search and turned a very disheartening and frustrating experience into an adventure. When we finally found our home, his knowledge going into the home inspection and walk through phases was priceless and he offered valuable feedback and advice. The negotiation phase when smoothly without any problems and handling paperwork was a breeze. We highly recommend Bo Bloomer.

This sale had the challenge of being split between 5 siblings who all have different scheduals and live in different areas, yet he was able coordinate meetings between all of us and make sure we were informed about how things were progressing. Buyer reviewBo's knowledge as an Engineer serve him very well, especially when looking at older homes. Not every Realtor has that expertise. I liked his flexibility. He was willing to listen to my needs- I was pretty specific. He did a great job! Bo was great. He was fast to respond to what my needs were. I really didn't think that I would be ready to purchase when we first met. He didn't seem to mind meeting me at properties anyway. It was a great overall experience.
