The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Carol and her team take care of every detail, answer every question quickly, and make working with them very easy. When I saw the home we bought had come on the market at 12:30, we were walking through it by 2:30 the same afternoon. They schedule all needed inspections and any work needing to be done.
