The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Their knowledge and experience of the local market and local companies are a direct benefit to anyone working with them.

Buyer reviewCarol Kalmus-Choporis is a true professional who knows the market and real estate business. My wife and I originally wanted to use her to advise us on the contract given to us by a new home builder we selected before working with her. At our first meeting, I asked Carol for her thoughts on the contract. Immediately she told us that the builder was priced significantly above market and that she wanted to show us the better options out there. This was not what we wanted to hear, but gave her the benefit of the doubt and looked at some existing homes and other builders. When we told her that she didn't change our minds, she happily represented us, even though we decided to go against her initial advice. As we progressed down the home building process with her, we started to realize that things were not what we thought. One day I told my wife: "Hey! These guys are way above market! I can get more house for less money today!" Sound familiar? Carol knew this all along, but let us find out for ourselves. The moral of this story? Nobody knows St. Mary's County like Carol Kalmus-Choporis. I'm a very happy customer and can't say enough good things about working with her!

She has since sold properties for other family members. She has steadfastly earned our trust. As we prepare to list our current home......we have already contacted Carol for the next sale.
