Seller reviewDee Wood and Terry Garro were great, and the fact that they helped me by acting as the intermediary for selling my property was critical in my selling process. I was out of state for the entirety of my selling process, but Dee, Terry and their office handled everything for me. They were extremely professional, and I was able to get my property sold with little difficulties. I would recommend the folks at the Rauh and Johns office to anyone who is looking to selling their property in the area; they worked with me every step of the way!

Terry went above and beyond with the new construction home. Her recommendation for an inspector and radon testing was just an example of how she went above and beyond. She also helped with the walk thru and helped negotiate with the builder. I would highly recommend Terry to friends and family and would work with her again.
