Seller reviewThis is our second real estate transaction with Rodney and Katie--they are professional, experienced, tenacious and all around awesome. Katie Edwards is fabulous and is the best realtor we have ever worked with; we didn't hesitate for a moment to call her when we listed our home in January. She and Rodney were the dynamic duo when helping us purchase our home and they were just as fantastic when we decided to sell. Katie is knowledgeable, kind, smart as a whip and always looks out for our best interests. Oh and not to mention that she is also a tough negotiator and is protective of her clients. There are always bumps in the real estate transaction road and Katie handled each one with class and a positive attitude. Buyer reviewSince we were out of town during the inspections and escrow, we relied on Rodney and Katie Edwards to arrange everything. Rodney even did the final walk-through using Face-time with us. When the house key we were given did not work, Rodney was quick to immediately show up and solve the problem. The sellers agent (a different agency) gave the wrong house key. Thank you Rodney and Katie Edwards!

She is very knowledgeable and thorough at what she does. Sweet, thoughtful and compassionate. Even amidst her busy schedule she finds the time to listen or even offer encouragement. Buying and selling a house can get frustrating and emotional. Katie did more for me than just found my first home and 3 years later sold that same home. She was my confidant and someone I trust to handle what was most important to me. I was difficult at times and she still was there cheering me on.
