Adam is not only a fantastic realtor, he is a great person that really cares about his clients. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Adam moved fast as houses were flying off the market. He negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like upgrade costs and timelines were fair. Adam and his team are amazing and I would highly recommend the them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won't regret it. Will never look for another realtor again.

I really look for 4 things when working with an agent 1) Intelligence 2) Works hard and stays on top of things 3) Effective communication (keeps me informed, lets me know about issues as they arise, etc.) 4) Is easy to deal with Chad excels in all of these things, and I would gladly work with him again and refer him to others.
