Steve made very strong and timely efforts to identify look at available properties in a very fast moving market. He was always accessible and his responses were very timely as we searched and found a property. His knowledge of how to work with us in making a competitive offer in a very strong sellers market with limited properties was very key. I have never met such a wonderful realtor as Jae! Even our builders and contractors commented on how amazing and involved he was. Straight out of our contractors mouth "Jae is such a wonderful man, he's just genuinely a nice guy! He is so involved, so caring, so professional, I really like him!" I honestly couldn't agree more. He was just always there, even when we didn't expect him to be. He would pop in frequently with updates, we were never left in the dark wondering if everything was being done on time.
