He had great communications with the seller and helped us navigate a few hiccups in the process, and we are in a perfect home for our two girls to grow up. James was really good at listening to both of our wants and must-haves, and we ended up getting the first house we looked at after viewing only four properties. We didn't ever think we could get into a house that fast!
