Buyer reviewIf time travelers arrived demanding our best Real Estate Agent in order to save all of mankind, I wouldn't even think twice about it; I would send them Chad Wagstaff. Every step of the process Chad was top notch. Helpful, easy to talk to, understandable, no pressure, friendly, knowledgeable, confident. I could go on and on with the adjectives. It did not matter the time of day, if we reached out to Chad he immediately responded and was always on the spot. 100% probability that I will use Chad again as well as recommend him to anybody in the market.

He made us feel like we were his top priority. He was happy to show us as many houses as we wanted and was very good at accommodating our schedules.
