Buyer reviewWe initially checked in to another broker from a different company... Keller Williams. My son has used this other realtor and was very pleased with him. My other kids had used Chad and my husband really liked Chad during their purchase so we decided to get Second opinion...... My husband was right. Chad nailed it. He was able to easily figure out what we wanted, he listened to our concerns and stressed them promptly. We were able to sell our home for approximately $40,000 more then there previous agent wanted to list it. Chad worked hard and became more of a friend then just an agent. Thank you Chad!!!!

I have meet with several realtors and Steve by far has been the best at the way he treats me and respects me as a women . The attention to detail was outstanding! This was the hardest decision and transaction I could ever do in my life. I believe without Steve on our side it would not have been so smooth and seamless.
