Chad is literally the best. It was cleat from the beginning that he was there to help me find what I needed, that he was knowledgeable, and that he would go above and beyond to help me. Because of Chad's skill set and knowledge all of these steps of the process were east. He took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand what was happening. He was extremely detail oriented and was able to make the whole process go smoothly as a result. Chad is literally the BEST kind of person! Everyone else I dealt with was professional, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.
