We mostly chose to work with Adam because of our friendship with him. We also heard from some mutual friends who worked with Adam that he did a great job and made the whole process very easy. That recommendation assured us that we didn't need to search further. Adam made everything very easy. He communicated with us frequently and answered all of our questions. We knew he was in our corner when it came to negotiations and that we'd come to a reasonable solution with the buyers.

Chad Keefer is the GOAT! Seriously we loved working with Chad and felt he was so good at navigating the friendship/professional sides of his job. We always felt he had our best interest at heart and was so good at addressing any of our concerns. Often he had already addressed things we didn't even know to think about. I would trust Chad 100%, I consider him to be honest and a real professional. He is excellent at his job! Thanks Chad!

James Hales is the reason we git the house. He was really responsive and fast to make calls and got tge deal worked out quick. Really good about questions and helped walk us tgrough and understand the process. Reagan was good. A little upset about the closing costs and how much of a discrepancy between the estimate and the final closing costs. James Hales was awesome! He is definetly an asset to the Century 21 Everest Realty Group
