Buyer reviewMelinda and her team are really top notch in Long Beach. Her knowledge of the market here and her skilled approach with negotiating really helped us get a great deal when we purchased our first Long Beach home. We knew we would trust her 6 years later with the sale of that home which we believe set new and higher comps in our neighborhood. When we purchased our new home, she was able to gather a suprising amount of information from the seller's agent about the multiple offers which we believe helped us ultimately secure the purchase. Buyer reviewWas looking for someone straight-forward, patient, and intent on having our best interests in mind. Melinda showed those qualities in our first interview. I would've liked to meet Melinda in person at one of the showings (all our interactions were over the phone/computer), but can understand her limitations especially with a toddler during these pandemic times. Kerry has been amazing being our main showing agent. She also is very approachable and able to explain things in layman's terms while throwing in some of her iconic humor. If it wasn't for the Elmer team, we probably would not have been able to find a house in this crazy seller's market right now. The only downside with working with them is that they partnered with Saxton mortgage (we just had a poor experience with them). Other than that, I would refer this all-female A-team in a heartbeat!!
