Seller reviewI searched for reviews when looking for a realtor in the Bixby Knolls area and chose Melinda Elmer based on her of experience and excellent reviews. They're all true-she is very organized and detail oriented, has great communication. Melinda got right to work listing my condo and we had multiple offers in a week. The whole process went smoothly and we closed 5 weeks later. I'd definitely recommend Melinda and her team.

Buyer reviewCommunication, Knowledge, Experience, Trust and Timing are essential in a Real Estate transaction. Melinda Elmer, Kerry Castillo and Dawn Brooks, excel at all of these. Melinda listened to what I wanted and didn't try to "sell me" a house. She made sure that I would be happy with my purchase for life. She and her team responded with urgency to every single phone call/email/text throughout the whole transaction. I appreciated Melinda and Kerry's no pressure approach, but don't let that fool you, they know their stuff and when it is time to move, it is all business. They work very well as a team. They have it down to a science like a well oiled machine. Everything went smooth as silk.

Seller reviewWhat can I say about Melinda except she is awesome. I am not the easiest person to deal with all the time as I have constant questions and I am not a patient person at all. Melinda is always patient with me , listens to me and never gets frustrated. She recently was in another country and handled everything in regards to the sale of my house even when she was 4k miles away. AWESOME !
