Felix is a great person and well rounded guy, he made the selling of my home so easy I had no stress at all and I couldn't ask for anyone better. I hope In the future when and if I decide to purchase another property Felix Tanayo will definitely be my go to guy for sure. century 21 should be very happy to have such a great partner like Felix he going to make the company look really good..

Soo was buying my first house had no idea where to start did a quick search on Zillow and found Feliz name on the list, need to say this was my first purchace I had no idea what to do..Felix literally took me by my hand and walkthrough each step of the way..when I had question he stop and help me with each issue along the way, if it was not for him I don't think I would had a house..I appreciated everything he did for me and my wife.. Currently enjoying my house cannot be more grateful to him.

My wife knew Félix outside of the work setting and selected him as our realtor because of his personality and knowledge of the home buying process Even though the process went a little crazy at times Félix always assured us of the positives and would always help out in anyway he could to make the process go smoothe again... questions were always answered and this was a big help as it definitely got stressful at times... He was great in the purchase of our home ... I would rate him 10 out of 10 would use and recommend him in the future He was very knowledgeable and as a first time home buyer helped us with everything we needed and took his time with us. We did not know anything about the home buying process when we first started to look and Félix explained everything throughly and clearly for us to understand... highly recommend him!
