He knew the market, priced the property correctly and had three offers within 24hrs of listing. We received more for our property than we had hoped for. He's personable and responsive seven days a week.

We had been speaking over a couple years, but when the market hit a point where it was time to lock in the best price that would likely be available for a while, Frank told me it was time. It was a whirlwind process, which proved that he was correct. Throughout the process, from listing to showing to closing, Frank and his team were extremely accessible and supportive, answering some of my "dumb" questions with charm and humor. It was a fast closing, 26 days from contract to closing. They were helpful and supportive all along the way.
