Seller reviewFrank Renaldi and his team were great. A chat was set up and if I had any questions they were usually answered within 15 minutes. He knew the market, priced the property correctly and had three offers within 24hrs of listing. We received more for our property than we had hoped for. He's personable and responsive seven days a week.

Seller reviewI have known Frank for a while. It was natural to reach out to him for the sale of my home. We had been speaking over a couple years, but when the market hit a point where it was time to lock in the best price that would likely be available for a while, Frank told me it was time. It was a whirlwind process, which proved that he was correct. Throughout the process, from listing to showing to closing, Frank and his team were extremely accessible and supportive, answering some of my "dumb" questions with charm and humor. It was a fast closing, 26 days from contract to closing. They were helpful and supportive all along the way.
