I have always said some of the best things that happen in life are because of the worst situations. Listing with Mike and Susanne Made that statement true once again. I reside in Pennsylvania with my wife and children. Due to my fathers very unexpected passing away at the age of 56 I was made the personal representative of his estate. This was a tough situation as a whole. Due to past experiences I had with realtors buying and selling my own homes, let's just say I had no desire to dealing with a realtor ever again. Even though I felt this way I realized I was not gonna be able to do this on my own living so far away. A local man who sold quite a few homes recommended Mike and Susanne. He told me they were the best he had ever dealt with and gave me there card. He told Mike to expect my call. Mike took the initiative and called me that same Friday night. We agreed to meet the next morning. I showed him the home and told him the situation. Even though Mike came off as nice and professional I was not gonna make it easy on him. I remember him saying hopefully by the end of this transaction we develop a trust for each other. I believe I shook my head and said that's probably not gonna happen. Well I'm happy to say I could not have been more wrong I find it very hard to meet genuine people that are fighting for your best interests these days but I found 2 people that are doing exactly that in dealing with Mike and Susanne. I cannot say enough about how Compassionate, caring, and professional they handled every step of the sale of my father's home! Not a doubt about it they forever change the feeling I had developed towards realtors. I hope someone buying or selling a home in the Phoenix metro area reads this and hires Mike and Susanne To assist them in the buying or selling of their home so they too can see what a pleasure It truly is to deal with 2 great people!!
