Seller reviewRosalyn really cares about her clients as shocking as that is, its the truth! She rescued a failing sale by putting her own skin in the game. I don't think anyone else could have done what she made happen. Plain and simple: She's a hero in our book. Rosalyn broke her foot in the middle of our listing and STILL made us a priority . She may be the hardest working person in real estate! We were told she was "the best" and everything we saw convinced us that moniker is correct. We had an emotionally charged sale due to the recent death of the clients wife. The sale was not easy to navigate but because she was diplomatic and calm and reasonable. We pulled off the "almost" impossible. I feel like the buyer is now in a neighborhood that will really support him. That as they say; is priceless. It was a tough market in which to figure out price. She completely understand the comparables were not the only way to figure that out. We had tons of extras and upgrades that another agent didn't put any value in. We felt like Rosalyn "got" us and understood our house even when it wasn't in the current colors ect... I would use her again and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. Before her, I didn't realize there was such a difference between agents, NOW I get it.

We moved from out of state, so being prepared to show us homes in our price range and in good locations was very critical for us. She absolutely did not disappoint. This was also our first home purchase in 45 years. Roslyn's knowledge and experience provided us with everything needed to feel comfortable with the whole process. Roslyn's knowledge and professionalism was amazing. She answered many questions that we didn't even think to ask. She was definitely an advocate for us through the entire process. The team in her office was always there for quick questions or information when we needed it.
