i highly recommend Roslyn Gauntt for any real estate need. I have used her a few times and can have confidence that i am getting a terrific deal and that she has thought of every detail. I'm sure there are fine real estate agents in Dallas-Fort Worth, but I'm positive there are none better.

She helped every step of the way and by the end we felt she earned every penny if not more of her fee. Next time I buy a home I won't need to look for an agent, I have one for life.

Matt was very energetic and enthusiastic to help us from the very beginning. This helped us to proceed through the process with confidence. Matt has an extensive knowledge about the area he operates in and how to negotiate a good deal for buyers even in this seller's market. We felt that Matt got us the best possible deal and helped to find the right house for us. Matt was always professional and helpful with answering our questions and guiding us as first time home buyers. We felt that he gave us grace when there were basic things that we did not know and he took the time to explain things to us so that we knew exactly what we were doing. Matt also had a variety of quality contacts in lending, inspection, and foundation repair, that helped to even further streamline the purchasing process. We would wholeheartedly recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, especially to a first time home buyer.
