Seller reviewI was very happy with how Chris handled the sale of my house. He was very professional in every aspect. Pictures were unbelievable he was true to his word on how long it would take to sell the house and the amount it would sell for. He is very good at his job. Another point I wanted to make is he made you feel at ease when dealing with him. That is a big deal when you are worried about selling your house. If your looking to sell your home, I would highly recommended Chris Hill with The Chris Hill Team at Century 21.

Buyer reviewAnne contacted us after we expressed interest in a property using Zillow. She spoke with us on a Saturday night to understand our needs, then coordinated to show us four properties on Sunday, which was also Father's Day. We were very impressed with her level of commitment and flexibility to do that! Anne's knowledge of the local area was particularly impressive, especially the specific property type we were looking for (waterfront). Anne was great with communicating with us every step of the way. There were a couple 'gotchas' that could have thrown things off with the purchase, but she kept us informed and found solutions to keep us on track. Chris Hill was the one who first contacted us. It was a Saturday night, and he had other commitments but he made time to talk with us and understand our needs, then connected us with Anne which - in hindsight - was certainly a terrific match up, given her local knowledge of waterfront properties. Perfect! Anne was terrific!
