Our home was a difficult sell because it was in a 55 community with limited customers to sell to. Chris tried different kinds of promotions and advertising to help sell the house. We were also out of town at the time of the offer and closing and he helped walk us through the tedious process. I was very grateful for his professionalism.

Originally Jaqualine took us to a few rental properties and after seeing the monthly rent, it only made since to buy. Chris was so wonderful to work with. Over the last couple of years we have been looking long and hard to find just the right house within my budget.
