Buyer reviewMr. Hill was extremely courteous and understanding regarding the times in which we had available to look at homes; with our long commutes from work and the fact that we have young children at home. He was also very patient when we were running behind due to traffic issues, and attentive to our concerns regarding good schools in a close proximity to our potential home. Mr. Hill was extremely professional, courteous, and always made my needs and desires priority. Mr. Hill constantly called with updates and new information, leaving zero room for doubt or concern with my purchase.

As first time homeowners, we were spoiled to work with Chris Hill and his team with the purchase and sale of our home. Other competitors do not match his knowledge, dedication and thoroughness! He is prompt with communicating and kept us informed with activity on our house. Our house was put on the market at the beginning of the week (Monday) and we received a reasonable offer on Wednesday. We then worked with the buyers and agreed on a deal on Thursday of the same week. Thanks to Chris Hill, we did not have any trouble advertising / pricing / selling the home. He is very knowledgeable and has many techniques to help sell your home quickly yet at a "fair market" price. He is very respectful and honest with you and does not waste your time.
