This was a complex sale - the house was a rental and needed work to be presented for sale. I live nearly 1000 miles away so could not select contractors or supervise improvements. Janet and her team, Spring, Pamela and others, went well beyond what could be expected - spending inordinate amounts of time tending to these myriad of services such as selecting contractors, monitoring them and always protecting my interests.
