That in itself is pretty amazing, but considering the market at this time, it is miraculous. I can't recommend these people enough. I went into this with some absolute "must haves" and a few things I "wouldn't mind having" in a house. I know find myself with all of those things as well as a couple I hadn't even considered (a fireplace?!?!). Janet and Pam, thanks for getting all of the business/legal aspects to get this purchase to the finish line. I know it wasn't always easy with my schedule. Sarah, thank you for putting up with my stubbornness, my constant phone calls/texts, and my ridiculous schedule.
