Janet is very professional, but at the same time she is so down to earth and easy to talk to. She listens and gets the job done. We didn't have to guess what was going on because she kept us informed by phone or computer day by day and we could get in touch with her and she was there with the answers. We had a few problems with the inspection and she helped us quickly resolved the things we had to do. She did a beautiful job in presenting our house on the computer and in brochures.
