Eastern has always let mt wife and I take our time while looking for homes. We have been to multiple homes multiple times with him. Here has always been willing to run comps and give insight on what price range the neighborhood is going for. I have purchased multiple properties with Warren over the years and expect to buy many more.

Warren was recommended to my wife and me by our realtor in Austin. We used Warren to rent a house in Midland, then buy a house in Midland a year later, and then sell a house in Midland a couple years after that. He has always gone above and beyond to help us. My wife and I were moving to Midland from Austin. She was pregnant and we were unable to travel to Midland to look at rent houses. Warren went to several rent houses on our behalf and took pictures for us to review. We ended up picking a house only from his pictures and feedback. His help was priceless. When my wife and I decided to buy a house, Warren and his wife Sarah, also a broker, put up with us for a three-month long house search, touring dozens of properties. In the end, they helped us find the perfect house for our budget. When it was time for us to sell our house, my wife and I never hesitated about contacting Warren. He, his wife, and staff met with my wife and me. We all came up with a game plan for putting our house on the market. When it was time to go to market, my wife and I needed to delay. Warren was very respectful and accommodating. When it was finally time to go to market, we all discussed comparable home sales in the neighborhood. They spotted a trend that home sales in the neighborhood were actually lower than they had been a few months earlier. They steered us to the perfect selling price. The house sold in 2 days. There was another home in our neighborhood that went on the market at the same time but at a much higher price that was still for sale when we were closing on house. I cannot recommend Warren and Sarah Ivey enough!

Warren is easy accessible. I've had his mobile number for years and he always returns my calls and answers my questions. He is a very honest and mild manner person.
