Seller reviewEmmett hit the price point for the market on the head. Prices were declining in the area, and he selected a price that, while more than we expected, had two offers within a couple of days. We couldn't afford to "sit" on the property and were happy to have such quick results. We took an offer that was $5,000 more than the asking. Fantastic. He was always very timely and accommodating. Emmett is professional and friendly, making it easy to work with him.

He is knowledgable about construction which makes him able to recommend and not recommend possible structural changes or repairs based on probable cost and ability to make such changes/repairs. He is able to see potential structural hazards or repairs which could add significantly to the initial cost of purchase.
