Janet McLennan was extremely helpful in many ways. She and Sam worked closely to assure us that everything was being done to put our home out there for the best opportunity for a sale. We were always very comfortable with their approach to representing us.

I worked with Sam McLennan in the home selling process for about a year and from start to finish he was always helpful and answered all my questions, no matter how many I had and even if I asked him the same question more than once. Sam was willing to look at many properties with me to help me determine what kind of property was going to work for my family. As the selling and buying of property came closer and some chaos ensued Sam was there working tirelessly to make sure our closing happened! I am thankful for all the work he did to help get my family and I into our new home. I would definitely work with McLennan team for any of my future real estate needs.

We worked with Sam McLennan at the referral of my mother, who had been working with Sam for several months before we began working with him. Prior to meeting Sam we were using a different realtor who was not understanding of our needs and schedule, and was not willing to look at many places with us. Sam's interest was a huge reason we ended up going with him, as he understood what we were interested in as well as what we could afford. I would send him places slightly out of our price range but he would let us tour them regardless, so we had a feeling of what we really wanted in our future home. Then when we finally found the one, he stuck with us through the whole process, even with the crazy bumps in the road we hit when trying to close. Sam is super personable and friendly - as I mentioned before, we met because he was my mother's realtor first. Just based off the first interaction, before we had even considered using him as a realtor for us, I could tell he was so genuine and caring. He's hilarious and helped keep me calm when I was getting stressed about our closing being pushed back continuously. Sam is honestly so amazing and I am a little sad that we have closed on our home finally, because I loved being able to tour houses with him and get to know him. I would say that he is more than a realtor at this point and consider him a friend.
