Crystal was patient with us from the start, checking in to ensure that we were comfortable with things. Once it was time to start searching with real intent to buy, Crystal was with us every step. She was extremely helpful and responsive to our many questions. We were not local buyers so Crystal had a bit of extra work videoing properties for us.
