Keith diligently researched comparable home sales in the area to justify our target home's value. This helped make our decision to give the deal another try. In the end, we were able to close on our dream property within the original contact date! Keith's local knowledge was invaluable. Not only did it help us target specific areas based off of our wishlist, he saved everyone a lot of their valuable time by pulling homes off of showings that would not meet our criteria.
