Buyer reviewCrystal is the best realtor we have ever dealt with - and we have dealt with several in our lifetime. She stays in constant contact, goes above and beyond what is "expected" of a realtor! We LOVE working with her!! We are purchasing investment cabins in the area but live in FL, so it's great to have a realtor who knows the area and gives you advice to make sure you are getting the best cabin for the price - up to and including going over to the properties and videoing them since we are not there to actually see the homes. She's amazing!! Not enough good things to say. I would refer her to anyone looking for homes in your area. Wish she sold houses in lots of areas LOL

He communicated in great detail throughout the process and would send me pictures of things happening in the area and different properties that I might want to consider. He was great about speaking with bankers and builders on my behalf as well which was a fantastic help. He introduced me to my new neighbors who would keep an eye on my property since this is a second home for me. He listened to me and instinctively knew which property would satisfy me and what a fair price would be. Keith even took me to one of the best places for lunch when I visited and gave me a few tricks about how to make my future cabin a 5 star property. I would definitely use Keith for anything else that I need in the future, he is a true resource when it comes to real estate and the Gatlinburg area.
